Depending on how you use the website, we may process: your name, email, phone number, reservation details (dates, number of guests, selected accommodations, and special notes), payment information, and technical information such as IP address, device type, and cookie data.
We do not store your credit card information. Credit card payments are processed through a secure payment page provided by BORICA.
3. Why and on what basis do we use the data?
- for the acceptance, confirmation, and fulfillment of a reservation—performance of a contract or taking steps prior to entering into a contract;
- for payments, the issuance of documents, and the fulfillment of accounting and other legal obligations—a legal obligation;
- to respond to inquiries and complaints and to defend against disputes—legitimate interest or performance of a contract;
- For non-essential cookies and analytics technologies—your consent, when required.
4. Data Recipients
Data may be disclosed only when necessary: to the payment service provider BORICA for processing card payments; to hosting, support, and software providers acting on our instructions; to accounting and legal consultants; and to competent government authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal data.
5. Shelf Life
We retain data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. Reservation data and accounting records are retained for the periods specified in applicable law. Data from inquiries is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed, unless there is a legal basis for retaining it for a longer period.
